Domestic Waste Incinerators

Compact daily-burn units for villages, estates and camps.

Overview

Domestic Waste Incinerators engineered for household waste streams. Every AIBIN unit is configured after a review of your waste characteristics — calorific value, moisture, chlorine and sulphur content — so the combustion chamber, burner sizing and gas-cleaning train match what you actually burn, not a generic catalogue figure.

Two-chamber combustion with a secondary chamber operating at 850 °C or above and a minimum 2-second gas residence time destroys smoke, odour and pathogens before anything leaves the stack.

Typical waste streams

  • Residential household garbage
  • Village and community collection waste
  • Camp and settlement waste
  • School and institution refuse

Key features

  • Two-chamber combustion, secondary chamber ≥ 850 °C
  • Refractory lining selected for the waste type and duty cycle
  • Diesel or natural-gas burners with automatic temperature control
  • Continuous 24 h operation design for high-duty installations
  • Flue-gas options: quench, dust removal and acid-gas scrubber
  • Loaded via hydraulic ram feeder (solids) or atomizing nozzle (liquids)

Core components & options

Component brands and grades are fixed at configuration stage, after the heat balance — tell us your preference in the enquiry.

Burners Diesel / natural-gas burners from established European or Japanese brands, sized by heat balance
PLC control cabinet Siemens or Mitsubishi platform options; temperature recording and safety interlocks standard
Refractory lining High-alumina grade and thickness selected against waste chemistry and duty cycle
Feeding system Hydraulic ram feeder (solids) / atomizing nozzle (liquids) — per your solid/liquid split
Gas-cleaning train Quench + dust removal; acid-gas scrubber added when S/Cl content requires it
Stack & monitoring Stack sized for site dispersion; thermocouples and pressure monitoring included

Typical specification envelope

Incineration capacity Indicative range per project / Débit indicatif par projet / السعة الاسترشادية حسب المشروع
Combustion chamber Primary + secondary, refractory-lined
Secondary chamber temperature ≥ 850 °C (typ.), higher for specific wastes
Gas residence time ≥ 2 s at rated temperature
Fuel Diesel or natural gas
Operating mode Continuous (24 h) or batch, per project
Power supply 380 V / 220 V, 50 Hz
Flue-gas cleaning Quench + dust removal; scrubber where S/Cl requires
Feeding Hydraulic ram (solid) / atomizing nozzle (liquid)

Frequently asked questions

What information do you need to size a unit?
Waste type and composition, estimated calorific value, chlorine and sulphur content, moisture, the solid/liquid split and the daily tonnage. A recent lab analysis is ideal; a reasoned estimate from your operations team also works.
Why is 24-hour continuous operation recommended?
Repeated heat-up and cool-down cycles damage the refractory lining and shorten equipment life. High-duty units are designed for continuous running once started.
Can the unit meet local emission rules?
The gas-cleaning train is specified against your local emission standard — for example NEMA requirements in Kenya. Tell us the applicable standard and we design to it.
Do you support installation and training?
Yes — supervision of installation, commissioning and operator training are part of the delivery scope, with spare-parts packages sized to your location.
