Technology & Process — Two-Chamber Incineration
1. Waste assessment
You provide waste characteristics — calorific value, S/Cl content, moisture, solid/liquid split, daily tonnage.
2. Heat balance
Our engineers calculate chamber sizing, burner duty and auxiliary fuel consumption from your data.
3. Configuration
Feeding system, refractory selection and gas-cleaning train are fixed for your waste profile.
4. Fabrication & FAT
Welding, refractory curing and a factory acceptance test before dispatch.
5. Delivery & installation
Shipment, on-site installation supervision and commissioning.
6. Training & aftercare
Operator training, spare-parts packages and lifetime technical support.
How two-chamber combustion works
Primary chamber
Waste is dried, ignited and gasified at controlled temperature.
Secondary chamber
Smoke and unburnt gases are held at ≥ 850 °C for ≥ 2 s, destroying odour and pathogens.
Gas cooling & cleaning
Quench and dust removal; an acid-gas scrubber is added when chlorine or sulphur content demands it.
Stack
Cleaned gases are discharged via a stack sized for dispersion at your site.
